NOTICE OF ELECTION
April 1, 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an election will be held in the City of Sheboygan on Tuesday, April 1, 2025, for the purpose of electing officials to succeed the present incumbents listed below. The terms for the elected positions will commence on Tuesday, April 15, 2025. All terms are for two (2) years unless otherwise indicated.
Offices and Incumbents:
- Mayor – Ryan J. Sorenson (4-year term)
- Alderperson, District 1 – Barb Felde
- Alderperson, District 3 – Daniel Peterson
- Alderperson, District 5 – Angela Ramey
- Alderperson, District 7 – Grazia Perrella
- Alderperson, District 9 – Trey K Mitchell
Information regarding aldermanic district boundaries may be obtained from City Clerk Meredith DeBruin at 828 Center Avenue, Sheboygan, Wisconsin, or by visiting the City’s website.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the first day to circulate nomination papers is Sunday, December 1, 2024. The final day for filing nomination papers is Tuesday, January 7, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. in the office of the City Clerk.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that if a primary election is necessary, it will be held on Tuesday, February 18, 2025.
Voter ID Requirement:
An acceptable photo ID will be required to vote in this election. If you do not have a photo ID, you may obtain a free ID for voting purposes from the Division of Motor Vehicles.
