Mission Statement
Under the direction of the Sheboygan Board of Water Commissioners, and regulated by the Wisconsin Public Service Commission and Department of Natural Resources, the Sheboygan Water Utility is dedicated to providing the safest possible water to our customers at the most economical price. The Water Utility receives no tax monies but operates entirely on its water revenues.
Vision Statement
Serving the community for more than 100 years, the Sheboygan Water Utility seeks to effectively manage its resources to maintain a lean, responsive workforce; to maximize the working lifetime of critical infrastructure; to replace critical infrastructure approaching the end of its working lifetime; and to invest prudently in water technology that provides significant benefit to providing a reliable and safe supply of drinking water.
