Sheboygan, Wisconsin – September 13, 2024 – The City of Sheboygan is seeking dedicated individuals to serve as poll workers for the upcoming November 5th election. Poll workers are essential in enhancing the high quality and efficiency of the voting process.
Interested individuals are encouraged to apply within the City Clerk’s Office, located at City Hall: 828 Center Ave, Suite 103. Applications will be accepted during regular business hours.
Poll workers must be available to attend a mandatory training session, which will be held at City Hall in October.
Training is essential to ensure that poll workers are well-prepared to carry out their duties effectively and uphold the integrity of the electoral process.
City Clerk Meredith DeBruin encourages residents to get involved, stating, “Being a poll worker is a rewarding way to contribute to our community. Poll workers perform a very important public service that ensures our elections are fair, open, and trusted.”
