SHEBOYGAN, Wis. – April 27th, 2023– Spring has arrived, causing the snow to melt and creating potholes due to the freeze/thaw cycle from winter. The Streets Division of our DPW is already working on filling these potholes.
However, with 200 miles of streets in the city, it can be difficult to locate every single pothole that needs repairing. Therefore, we encourage residents to help out by reporting any potholes they see. You can easily do this by downloading the free Click2Report app from the App Store or Google Play store, or by visiting our website at www.sheboyganwi.gov and clicking on the red SUBMIT button in the lower right corner of the homepage.
Incidents/requests are categorized by the responsible City department, including Building Inspection, City Clerk, City Development, Public Works, or Police Department, with popular issues being potholes, code enforcement, nuisance complaints, missed garbage collection, snow removal complaints, street light, street signs, tall grass complaints, garbage, graffiti, or dog issues. The incidents can be submitted anonymously, and you will receive an incident number for tracking purposes. By using the portal, you can also view existing incidents and see how the City is responding to requests, providing transparency.
